Our full-service event coordination includes helping you choose a theme; creating the perfect atmosphere; choosing a photographer, music, and flowers; and anything else necessary to make your affair truly memorable. The Pines provides abundant choices of delectable and exquisite cuisine, sure to please even the most discriminating palate. We pioneered the concept of the “Walk-Around-Feast,” an exciting and interactive method of food preparation and presentation where food is prepared and served at one or more buffets. We also specialize in brunches, buffet dinners, and the traditional sit-down dinners complete with all the trimmings. You can also add either butler-style passed hors d’oeuvres or a buffet-style hors d’oeuvres table. Select from one of our thoughtfully prepared menus or design your own to fit your theme or your guests’ requirements.
The Pines does not hold a liquor license. Therefore, whatever alcohol you buy and bring, we can serve for you once it’s here at The Pines. We will also provide bartenders for your bar service. We do not charge a corkage fee. We can assist in ordering alcoholic beverages, serving them, and arranging their return for credit. The liquor store bills you directly at their prices. This results in tremendous savings for you! We will also provide all of the non-alcoholic beverages, glassware, ice and incidental bar items for a per person charge.
