There are as many ways to celebrate a life as there are ways to live one. Here at The Pines we appreciate how difficult this time can be and we want to make the process as easy and simple as possible.
We have put together a few basic packages that include everything you need so you don’t have to make a number of small decisions, but we can change and customize things as much as you like.
SERVICE ONLY PACKAGE
$700
Monday - Thursday
12:30 PM or earlier
Our service only rental period is 2 ½ hours long and includes 45 minutes for set up 1 hour service and 45 minutes for clean up. For this package you will have your choice of either an indoor or outdoor* service.

LIGHT REFRESHMENTS
PACKAGE
$1000 PLUS FOOD
Monday - Thursday
8 AM OR 10 AM time slots
$2000 PLUS FOOD
Friday - Sunday
8 AM OR 10 AM time slots
Our light refreshments package rental period is 4 hours long and includes 1 hour for set up, 1 hour service, 1 hour reception, 1 hour clean up. For this package you will have your choice of either an indoor or outdoor* service.

The Pines Package is a service and a full reception option. The rental period for this package is 7 hours long and includes 1 ½ hour set up, 1 hour service, 3 ½ hour reception, 1 hour clean up. For this package you will have your choice of either an indoor or outdoor* service.

BOOKING WITH THE PINES AT GENESEE
To book your service/reception we require a signed contract, and facility payment in full. The remaining balance due, including catering costs, tax, service charge and a $500 damage deposit are required 10 days before the event date.
In addition, there is an 18% service charge on labor and food costs and 4.5% sales tax on everything except labor.
Additional time for the service can be added for an additional fee (based on availability).
