The Pines provides abundant choices of delectable and exquisite cuisine, sure to please even the most discriminating palate. We specialize in brunches, buffet dinners, stations, family style meals and the traditional sit-down dinners complete with all the trimmings. You can also add either butler-style passed hors d’oeuvres or a buffet-style hors d’oeuvres table. Select from one of our thoughtfully prepared menus or design your own to fit your theme or your guests’ requirements.
Bar Policies – Alcoholic Beverages
The Pines at Genesee does not hold a liquor license. However, you are welcome to buy and bring whatever you would like and we will serve it for you once it’s here at The Pines. This results in tremendous savings for you!
We will also provide bartenders for your bar service without charging a corkage fee. We can assist in ordering alcoholic beverages, serving them, and arranging their return for credit. The liquor store will bill you directly at their prices. We will also provide all of the non-alcoholic beverages, glassware, ice and incidental bar items for a per person charge. The bar typically opens at the beginning of cocktail hour (after the ceremony if the ceremony is held here) and closes half an hour before your guests leave. The bar will not open until food is being served.
