Minimum Order Policies

Minimums Apply for ALL Drop-Off Catering

  • There may be a minimum order for box lunch sandwiches and lunch salads. We ask that if you are ordering box lunches, you keep your box selections to 3-5 options.
  • There may be a minimum order policy that will vary upon delivery location.
  • There may be an additional fuel surcharge applied to your bill, depending upon delivery location.

Cancellation and Delivery Policies

If you need to cancel your order, you must do so two days in advance or you will receive and be charged for your order.

Delivery rates vary according to the location and time. Please inquire about the cost. In order to ensure that your order is delivered on time, we schedule deliveries 30 minutes prior to your eating time. We usually pick up our equipment the same day of the order, unless otherwise requested. Any leftover food is yours to keep, and we can supply to-go containers upon request. There is a charge for missing or damaged equipment.
